Individual psychological therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma and difficulties following significant or challenging life experiences.

My specialist areas include reproductive and perinatal mental health, with particular experience in anxiety, depression, OCD and trauma, as well as the psychological impact of fertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth and reproductive health difficulties..
Face to face sessions are held at Willow House, Ora Emotional & Physical Wellbeing Centre, located in the peaceful and tranquil village of Hilton, Derbyshire.

I look forward to hearing from you

ANTENATAL & POSTNATAL THERAPIST LED GROUPS
My antenatal and postnatal therapist-led groups provide a supportive space for parents to explore the emotional and psychological transition into parenthood, while connecting with others experiencing a similar stage of life.
The groups draw on my specialist experience in perinatal, reproductive and medical trauma and cover the psychological aspects of pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent.
The groups are designed to offer more than information alone — they provide an opportunity to reflect, ask questions, develop psychological tools and consider the changes that pregnancy and parenthood can bring to your identity, relationships and emotional wellbeing.

I work with employers to support the psychological wellbeing of employees during pregnancy, maternity leave and the transition back to work.
Becoming a parent is a significant life transition, and returning to work can bring its own challenges. I provide psychologically informed support to help employers and managers better understand and support their employees during this time.
My work draws on my experience across the NHS, private practice and occupational health, alongside my specialist experience in perinatal, reproductive, occupational and medical trauma.
I offer bespoke training, employee sessions and psychological consultation for organisations looking to develop a more supportive approach to pregnancy, parenthood and return to work.
If you would like to discuss how I could support your organisation, please get in touch.
Pregnancy and parenthood can be an exciting time, but they can also bring new anxieties, changes and challenges.
I support parents through the emotional and psychological changes that can come with pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent.
Whether you are feeling anxious about birth, struggling to adjust to life with a new baby, or finding that becoming a parent has brought up unexpected emotions or relationship difficulties, therapy can provide a space to explore what you are experiencing.

You won't be expected to share personal experiences, and you can participate as much or as little as feels comfortable.
